REGISTRATION POLICY: Only individuals registered
and wearing an OPA badge may attend convention events.
All meal functions require badges and/or meal tickets.

*HOUSING POLICY: All hotel registrations must be made
by January 19, 2010, for guaranteed rate. After that date,
rooms will be allocated on a space and rate-available basis.

SPOUSE/GUEST REGISTRATIONS: Any spouse or guest
attending any portion of the convention must register.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Notice of cancellation must be
received in writing. A full registration fee refund is authorized
when cancellation notice is received by January 29, 2010.
No-shows forfeit registration fee.
